Michael did contact me from 1st due products and agreed with me. The instruction should be on the website however since the sample bottle that I was given is to small to add the instructions printed on that bottle would be too small to be understandable. I would have to agree.. he did send me several links on how to use the products and what to purchase as far as tools, I can’t say enough for the customer service of this company and Michael

There is no instructions on how to use or apply this chemical to get rid of the salt. Do you diluted in 1 gallon of water or a couple ounces of water really guys you come up with a product with no instructions unbelievable
I use Cancel the Salt now with every wash. It works great as a pre rinse instead of just water or if you have to come back and wash the boat later. Just spray on and rinse off and you’ll be confident the salt is gone and the sio2 helps it dry spot free. Great product!
